Women’s Health

As a WH fitness editor and certified personal trainer, I'm always in comfortable, breathable workout clothes. When I’m not at my desk during my nine-to-five, I'm racking up miles in the latest running shoes or doing a burning mat Pilates session in my favorite lululemon leggings.

While I live in sports jackets and joggers most days, I still care about fashion and the art of looking good. Outside of work, you can catch me in a vintage Emilio Pucci top from the early 2000s and my Prada nylon mini bag. I love bold fits that photograph well. That’s why I’m always tracking down workout clothes that feel chic enough to wear outside the gym. Enter: the Alo Suit Up Trouser, a breezy pant that I can dress up or down.

Its style is everything I could ask for in a garment. The flow cut is feminine, while the sweat-wicking fabric is built for performance without sacrificing comfort.

The trouser’s swishy polyester and elastane blend is buttery smooth, just like Alo’s famed Airlift leggings. It’s also super light and airy, and helps keep me cool in the summer, or when I’m working up a sweat.
